Shearing

For simple designs and concepts, metal up to 1/8” can be sheared to size before bending. This is a more cost-effective option to punching or plasma/laser cutting for things like angle iron, racking or bracketry.

Metal Forming

We are currently equipped with two Accurpress CNC press breaks that provided tight tolerance metal forming and excellent finished part accuracy. Maximum forming length is 12’.

CNC Punching

Our Finn Power CNC Turret punch can punch up to 10 Gauge (1/8”) steel, in up to 4’ x 10’ sheets.

Laser Cutting

Our newest addition Amada FOM2 3015NT CNC Laser can cut mild steel up to 7/8” thick, stainless steel up to ½” thick and aluminum up to 3/8” thick. Maximum sheet size is 5’ x 10’.

Welding

If parts or components need to be welded, we have MIG and TIG welders, as well as spot welders and pem stud welding capabilities.

Deburring

We have manual and vibratory deburring options, for parts that need to have smooth or exposed edges or a specific finish requirement.

Design Software

We can create product or component files for fabrication or for publishing your designs. Using Solidworks 3D modelling software, we can turn your concepts into a reality.

File Types

Our equipment accepts DXF or DWG files, as well as STEP 3D model files. Other file types can be converted if required, or drawings can be created from sketches or concepts for an additional charge.
